We can provide IT maintenance support contracts that can be tailored to your needs. Ensuring you have support on-hand when you need it.

The support we offer doesn’t have to always be ad-hoc.

We offer flexible maintenance contracts as well. Catering for most kinds of support scenarios. To ensure you have a healthy working IT environment we can offer a regular site visit, to circumvent any potential problems. Offering you peace of mind and growing confidence in your IT infrastructure. Tailored service level agreements mean that we will be able to assist within a stipulated period of time. Our standard response times are 4 hours for Server or network down issues, and next business day for desktop or laptop pc’s. 

With our schools contracts we typically visit the site once a week on a set day but are always on hand for emergencies.

Maintenance support contracts ensure minimal downtime and can be a very cost effective way of guaranteeing support when you need it.

On-Site Call Outs

For those occasions where remote or phone support just aren’t enough, we can also provide On-Site call outs in the case of an emergency or on a scheduled basis.

If onsite support is needed we can arrange an engineer to arrive rapidly to your office.

Remote Support

On-Demand secure Remote Support …No Pre-Installed Software Required.

We can remote control pretty much any pc or mac that has an internet connection, we have several technologies at our disposal to achieve this.

Typically we would ask you to simply click our “Remote Connect” link above and run the remote control software, which will display a unique number onscreen for you to give to one of our engineers. It’s available on every page of this website in the top bar.
